Infrared Thermography

The buildings we live in are susceptible to quality and performance problems that can impact performance and may, in some cases, render them danagerous. Infrared thermography can provide remarkable, nondestructive information about construction details and building performance. Our advisor will use infrared themography to obtain nondestructive information about the homes structure, moisture intrusion, energy performance defects, and the identification of structural and system degradation of roofs and walls.

Massive heat loss becomes very clear depicting a need for air sealing and additional insulation. Beyond energy savings this retofit stops ice dams and water intrusion into the home.
